1 - Buy the route on our website and receive by email a coupon as well as the instructions to download the app
2 - Download the app via the link received by email, select the purchased route and enter the coupon
3 - Let yourself be guided by the app through all the stages of the route, solve riddles and learn the history of these places.

The coupon code you receive by email can be shared with the person of your choice, who will be able to unlock the route in the app and enjoy it whenever they like.
Send us an email at contact@parisenigmes.com explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will process the refund immediately. The refund usually takes between 1 day and 1 week, depending on your bank.
- Make sure you have downloaded the app using the link provided by email at the time of purchase.
- In the app, select the purchased route and enter the coupon code received by email. This will trigger the download of the route, allowing you to play offline.
- Have at least 50% battery.
- Wear comfortable shoes.
- Then go to the starting point indicated in the app using our GPS system.
If that’s not enough, you can move on to the next question.
